We have a 1,000 square foot inspection center with hand inspection tools including CMM, topical comparator, and several micro height stands. CNC Turning
Our CNC turning department is equipped with a wide range of different CNC lathes, small and large chucks. Y-axis live tooling capabilities, we have the capacity to fulfill even the most complex CNC turning components.
CNC Milling
With high-end vertical 3 and 4 axis CNC milling equipment and a wide range of travel to create large and small parts. No matter how detailed the project, our experience and dedication to quality will ensure your needs are met.
Engineering
Our team of highly skilled engineers using the latest in CAD and CAM software will give you the support you need to ensure your product is developed to your exact specs.
Facility
After spending 36 years in a 9,000 square foot building in Agawam, MA, we moved into a new state-of-the-art 20,000 square foot facility in March of 2021. Our new building has more than 16,000 square feet of manufacturing space, with a range of different CNC milling and turning centers, a 1,000 square foot inspection area, and more.
